Bengaluru: An FIR has been registered in opposition to Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu for his alleged remarks in opposition to Congress chief Rahul Gandhi over the statements he made within the US concerning the situation of Sikhs in India, police mentioned on Thursday.
